Exiland Backup doesn’t require evaluated (Run As Administrator) privilegies. Run Exiland Backup with simple privilegies.
In additional, check whether the “ExilandBackup.exe” file is blocked. To do this, right-click the “ExilandBackup.exe” file, then click “Properties” and click “Unblock” if it is blocked.
