DOWNLOAD FULL VERSION is not working. I get check customer ID# or allow download through firewall message. KYIE2-A4NAP-SDSMP-ONSALE is the customer ID I was given and I have white-listed the program, but problem persists. I also rebooted. Can you help, please?

HOwever, I am confused as it states on the giveaway page “lifetime” yet states on the Ascomp confirmation page “till 2021/05/06”
