When that screen opens go ahead and click the “Register Now” button even without the “Code” filled in. You will then receive an email. click the link in the email and it will take you a page “Welcome to the customer menu”, under “Software License” tab the download link is there, click on the “Settings” tab and there you will see your user ID to put into the initial “Register Full Version” screen, now you are good to go. The Software vendor should have explained this but they didn’t.
