This software allows the end user to create a bootable flash drive that contains the windows OS. It does not contain the OS itself, you must provide that.
However, there is no reason at all to even be purchasing something like this when there are multiple other versions of the same type of software that are 100% free everyday and are actually much smaller than this software. One in particular that is extremely easy to use is Rufus. The latest version of Rufus is only 1.1MB. You can use Rufus for Windows, Linux, etc and Rufus is one of the fastest softwares for this particular task.
