Has ANYONE been able to update or install ANY program using GlarySoft SUP Software Update Pro, even just ONE program, even using the non-Pro version that promises to allow only one program to be updated or installed at a time?
For me, GlarySoft SUP Software Update Pro has failed to connect to the servers since before February 2021, on any computer, anywhere, using any ISP Internet Service Provider, from the Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, US area, and I just tried using a VPN to The Czech Republic, it failed to connect, also, I give up.
I’ve emailed GlarySoft, and aside from them suggesting that no one else has a problem, and I should re-check my firewalls and anti-virus ( yeah, it fails with firewalls OFF and anti-virus OFF ), they say they’ll pass my suggestions on to their techs, have a nice day.
So I’m asking my peeps here at SOS:
– has anyone got GlarySoft SUP Software Update Pro to work, if so, where on the planet are you and on what Windows operating system?
– has anyone ALSO experienced failure, and just moved on without reporting, and where are you, and on what Windows operating system?
