An unknown error message appears after I enter the emailed verification code to complete the sign up process by setting up an account with the vendor. I’ve read the solutions supplied on SOS after I registered to download this software, none of them work on the first or second attempt. I’ve closed the software, re-opened it and tried again, all to no avail.
Thanks for the offer, but I can’t be bothered with software that fails at such a straightforward point in the setup and registration processes. I realise that its being offered for free and part of the deal may well mean that those who download it are in fact beta testers, but it should work better than this.
Uninstalled. The built-in uninstaller left behind a lot of registry entries, folders and other items in different drives on my PC. If you’re also uninstalling it watch out for these but be careful with editing registry items. Its best to use a reliable uninstaller like those from Revo or Hibit.
