This software does a lot better job than most of the other background cutters. And much easier to use than Photoshop. Last time I used PS it did not automatically pick out people from an image to cut out the background. PS also is never owned as you pay monthly for it.
Most other standalone background cutters always leave a visible jagged edge around the outside of the image that will show up when its superimposed onto another image. It took a while for me to get used to the editing section but it works fine.
Even in the best software there’s always room for improvements. This one can also be improved. In the ‘manually remove background’ The brush size is very hard to adjust for fine cutting. in the smallest size there’s 1, 4 and then 7 so not suitable to cut out fine inner corners like under armpits etc. It is good that it can pick out several people even in a busy background.
As for pricing, I would of course like it to be much cheaper but being able to make cut-outs of people in seconds gives me more time to compose a poster. And I must add that the cut-out output PNG file is as large as the input image I am cutting it out from. I use very large images for making A3 and A2 posters so this is a boon. I also made one A0 poster and it came out perfect. Thanks for the free 300 images today. I added it successfully to the 1,000 I bought a few weeks ago.
