Almost the same thing happened to me when running the setup file. I got a message saying “This app can’t run on your PC..”, or something to that effect ( I don’t quite remember, because I installed this program about 8 hours ago), but I disregarded that message and pressed either “Next” or “Continue” button (don’t recall exactly), and the installation completed successfully.
The program works well. I am running Win 10 32 bit.
