I just uninstalled WinToUsb and I launched the portable version that I had extracted earlier: and at that moment, I had a mention which said to me “non commercial use only”: and I had the option to register the software with the key provided.
But in the end, that doesn’t change anything. With license or without license, for an individual, the usage is exactly the same!
