The program should create the “C:\Exiland Backup Standard\WorkingFolder” subfolder on first run. Usually this is not a problem. I don’t know why you don’t have write permissions to the “C:\Exiland Backup Standard” folder. Your PC probably has some write restriction on the “C” drive.
