– Either look up in your “spam” folder (its likely, because in former time ASHAMPOO was “famous” for their many unwanted mails.
– or sometimes some providers are not supported, because they are blocked by the makers ot the software (or their mail services. IF so, just register an e-mail address at another (free?!) provider with good or standard reputation and try try it again from that new account. (Thousands – really! – GOT their key from ASHAMPOO!)
