I didn’t use this software, but I just used software to move my OS to a 2TB SSD and another software to expand the partition. I used Macrium Reflect free version to create an image of my original SSD with all files, software and OS and I saved it to an external hard drive. Then I created a rescue disk so that I’d be able to boot up and restore the image after installing the new SSD. It all went as planned, but then I had Lenovo’s restore partition in between my OS partition and the empty space. I won’t need it since I have the image on my external drive but windows utilities wouldn’t move it nor delete it, so I downloaded the free version of AOMEI Partition Assistant 9.12.0 and was able to delete it and expand the OS partition to the empty space. Neither of these require you to install by a certain date and are available when you want to do your migration. Have fun!
