I just bought this. Got my license key and the redeem link. Tried to redeem the purchase on setup.office.com: License key has already been used! Contacted support and got a canned Zendesk email with the same instructions I received when the purchase went through. Replied back advising it’s not working. Waiting to hear back from a live person. This is off to a bad start. Hopefully, I didn’t fall for a scam!
