The system requirements you specified for the operating systems are incorrect. According to PCWinSoft, Windows 7 is not supported.
Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 only.
This is not the first software with you where this information is wrong. Especially with the software from PCWinSoft.
And that can be fatal with Windows 7, up to and including a system crash.
