Hi everyone, if you encountered the registration failed issue with error code 401, please follow these tips:
* Ensure you download the setup file from the SharewareOnSale website or use the download link provided in the email from SharewareOnSale.
* If you own a previous giveaway version, please remove your license (click the gear icon on the top right in the main interface, and select “About” from the drop-down menu to remove your license), uninstall the software, and then install & register VideoProc Converter AI.
* Input your email address and license code accurately. For example, entering the license code in the “Licensed Email” field will cause a registration issue. We recommend copying and pasting the license code into the software.
* If the above methods don’t work, email VideoProc support with detailed information, including screenshots of the error code/message. You will receive a response within 24 hours on workdays.
