Hi Ashampoo Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently downloaded and installed the Ashampoo Image Compressor as part of a giveaway. However, I am encountering some issues with the activation process and would appreciate your assistance.
Here are the steps I have followed so far:
Downloaded and installed the Ashampoo App.
Logged into my Ashampoo account.
Installed the Ashampoo Image Compressor as instructed.
Ran the Ashampoo Image Compressor.
Despite following these steps, I am unable to confirm that the software is fully activated. When I navigate to HELP and then LICENSE STATUS, it does not show that the software is registered.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue and ensure that I have the full version of Ashampoo Image Compressor as promised in the giveaway?
