I checked the SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_AweClone_3.exe file with virustotal.com. It reports:
No security vendors flagged this file as malicious (0 out of 69)

Here are the HASH values from two other common HASH sizes.

I have never had an infected file from Magoshare or Sharewareonsale.
If anyone has an antivirus program that reports the Sharewareonsale installer as being infected, then you should do an immediate check with virustotal.com. If the file is reported infected by virustotal.com, then it could have been infected on your local computer. You owe it to yourself to do a full virus scan using online tools that you can run from the web. That way, they cannot also be infected because they are active from the web.
Microsoft typically publishes HASH values for their files that you can download. Many other sites also publish HASH values so that you can tell that you received exactly what was intended. Download some additional test files to see if their HASH vales are changed from the published values. If that happens, you need to resolve the issue on your own computer to ensure you are protected, and also are not spreading a threat that could affect other users.
