Hi, whenever I try to download a video, it only downloads the HTML file, not the actual video. Same thing with IDM, which is why I don’t / can’t use that product anymore. Is the fix something simple? Sure hope so, bc I can’t find the solution online, and I know I can’t be the only person having this issue.
