[@BranBuds] Once Ashampoo app is installed/upgraded using the SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_Ashampoo_Face_Blur.exe file, log into your Ashampoo account or create a (free) Ashampoo account if you do not have one and then close the Ashampoo app and re-open it. Ashampoo Face Blur app should be shown now in your apps library as £0.
