I service and sell laptops and desktops. On very rare occasions, cleaning the registry may solve a problem, but not very often for sure! Not for Novices, that’s for sure!
I would always make a full registry backup and also set a restore point before using a cleaner. That said, Wise Reg. Cleaner is one of favorites and most reliable and just about always does a stellar job !
