Tried again today and after entering (just password, rest was pre-entered from last time) there was a checkout button in green at the bottom and the purchase went thru.
Green access button after checkout grants access to a Google Drive link with 3 *.zip files containing the fonts for download.
Those are 3,64 GB in total.
Last but not least i got what was advertised, guess the servers simply had a hiccup.
