Just do a search on the term “Panzhihua Bada Technology Co., Ltd.”
MOST of these giveaways come from communist China bedroom developers trying to earn more cash from capitalist citizens. Communist China only survives and grows by funding through selling products and services to the Capitalist nations cheaper than the Capitalists can produce them.
Note the .api files are common to MANY Chinese partitioning software examples… and the portable edition runs under Vista just fine and accepts the giveaway license but the license appears to be stored ON the running computer and not in the portable folder so the license will need to be activated on each PC it used on to use all features. So it’s not truly portable.
