I have the same problem as the user above in this thread.
When I try to activate my SharewareOnSale exclusive license key for VideoProc Converter AI (Windows), I get the following error message:
“E-mail and registration code verification failed with error code 401.”
I have tried using the email address I used on SharewareOnSale, but I still receive the same error.
Could you please help me activate my license or reset the activation so that I can use the program?
