[@TK] one thing it doesn’t do is do anything about failed or failing sectors it finds when scanning for bad sectors… it does not mark the clusters bad in the file system which is the old PRE-IDE system or optionally force remap of the logical sector to a working spare sector the which is the designed paradigm for POST-IDE drives. I’ll stick with the permanently activated partitioning tools I have already.
