Installation went with no issues, but the software is unable to accept any of my mp4 files! it says: “The video codec used for the file compression is not supported. The file cannot be processed without its re-encoding. Try to use AVS Video Converter. Would you like to download and install AVS Video Converter from out web site?” … so, it’s useless for me.
