[@Bob George] It is likely your firewall blocked the internet connection attempt for the program when it tried to activate your use of the “license” for that session. You need to adjust your firewall settings. Technically it should have told you it blocked the internet connection attempt but there seems to be a common problem with some firewalls being configured to block new programs from accessing the internet and not notifying WHEN it blocks them so you don’t get a chance to allow legitimate internet access for new programs.
