I’ve tried the real-time backup option on my Documents folder and it notices SOME changes but not others… change the modified date by adding a space to a log file and saving did NOT trigger a backup while refreshes of allmynotes.cnfg file for no legitimate reason does trigger a backup. This program and functions are relatively undocumented despite the manual.pdf file online. I note the reports settings have insufficient granularity in the details of the reports you either have every file in the backup set listed even if it’s unchanged and therefore NOT included in this backup set or no details of any of the files included or excluded in the current backup set. What is NEEDED is to report what files and folder WERE included in the backup set and to ignore the ones that had no changes and were not included in the backup set. There is no easy way to find out from the UI what files are actively being backed up in real-time mode. Report generation with all details enabled so you can see what files were and were not included in the backup set takes ages to generate when there are several thousand files in the backup set.
