I cannot upgrade to the Pro Version using the “exclusive” registration code provided. All I get is an error message stating that it cannot connect to the server and suggesting I temporarily disable my third-party anti-virus software, etc. I have tried doing this but the problem persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
