[@George S Gati] If you are in yr Account, then go to the account in Franzis. There is yr registration . Press the button “Request the reg. code” (similar to Ashampoo) . If it is not there ( the HDR 10) it means you hv created the account but didnt registered the HDR 10. go thru the link reg. / reg page again. which is in the instruction over here.
