Like some others in the comments above, I’ve waited several hours but have not received the “3-digit code” which was supposed to arrive by email (yes, I checked my spam box).
I did receive an email with a 4-digit code, but it doesn’t get me through the 3-digit code stage.
Was this complicated authentication procedure designed as an email-harvesting ploy? If so, shame on you! If not, will you please make this right? The reputation of your company is at stake.
