-Why did you not upload the program with settings to “English” in the first place?
-It would be wiser to give the instructions to switch to English in the Russian (Cirylic) characters you see when in the Russion version trying to switch to English language.
Of course it’s ridiculous that you cannot post screenshots on this forum with the actual procedure to follow!
Maybe you can send them to Ashraf?
