Hi A Kay – The message you received from Microsoft is a typical Microsoft screen, its is simply alerting you you are going to download something, and they want to make sure you are aware of it. I assume you are referring to another program that you previously had issues with, not PC Tune-Up. I hope you were able to get that old PC back up and running again, and sorry to hear you downloaded something that caused you trouble.
