Say we install the Pro version that SOS has generously arranged for us. And a week from now a family member asks for help. They do not have the Pro version, so they get the free version. I assume that we can connect to them ?
In a years time our Pro version will revert to being a ‘Free’ version Which brings me to my next question – What are the limitations of the Free version ?

Main differences between free & pro is limited to 20 remote connections per month vs. 50 for pro & fewer SOS connections. That & it does mention that free presents a popup ad (I assume ad to purchase Pro version). That is not to bad (even TeamViewer does similar popup for free versions). Overall a pretty streamlined remote access program with a smaller footprint than TeamViewer but with a few less bells & whistles. Customer service was pretty prompt with response (less than 1 day) to questions I had regarding activation & licensing.
