Help the url you sent me to download does not work.
I get a message from two different browsers telling me
“The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”
I then tried to repeat the download and got the message “that I’ve exceeded my download limit.”
What steps can I take to get the file?
