[@David Frame] Hi David. In the period of time you’ve been trying to use the offers here, have you changed anti-virus programs, installed add-on’s to a primary browser or modified security settings? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then changes applied by software may have restricted the ability to download or install programs like these.
