Most likely the problems encountered happened because you changed the program’s default installation folder.
I haven’t encountered programs that install themselves in a folder that is in the root of drive C in many years!
So this is simply an unwise selection of a location to install the program.
The program is not smart enough to recognize where you installed it if it is not in its default folder.
I had to install and uninstall (thanks to Revo uninstaller) 3 times to find out how dumb this program is in finding itself.
The 3rd time I let it install in the default directory/folder.
Once you let it install in C:\SShop it will run OK.
I am not impressed by the program at all in many ways, and I’d rather use Excel or Access and design my own.
Another issue is that the program is written for European countries. Although I selected the USA for the country, everything still came out in unfamiliar American business terminology.
So it’s probably more suitable for European countries, as of now.
I haven’t done much with the program, so I don’t know how reliable and / or stable it is. Most likely I will not be using it.
