Problems continue:
I have downloaded this program through the SharewareonSale hub as well as the link on the registration page. Makes no difference which download I try-neither will go through complete installation. I get the error message saying “the installer had insufficient privileges to access the directory C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\start menu\program\softmakeroffice standard 2012\utilities. The error message continues to say that the error is the installer’s inability to make three shortcuts in the above directory.
I tried installing as “run as administrator” and also taken full ownership of these directories. Rebooted the computer and still no joy. The original installation problem concerned the above plus an unlocking code was not sent to my email. Later I got the unlocking code to continue to get the installation error mentioned above.
