The download link for this giveaway does not download the offered program. Instead it downloads and launches the SharewareOnSale Download Hub, a seemingly unnecessary intermediary program that does not advertise what it does to your system. This is bad behavior. If you are going to insist on using your Download Hub, it should be clearly stated rather than disguised as the offered program.
So Ashraf, please explain again why the Download Hub is necessary, and what exactly does it leave behind on my system? I’ve read the explanation that it helps manage downloads for users with slow connections, but it’s certainly not necessary or helpful for me, nor I suspect for most others.
The registration key provided does not work with the current version of the program from Gilisoft’s web site.
