[@Ashraf] I installed and registered the software successfully however when I open it NO network adaptors are listed – checked for options but the only one was to set debug mode – tried this but still no adaptor detected also no error message on start up so no clues as to the cause. The programme did not prompt for a reboot though I will try this when I have finished dealing with my emails
