Dear Boss, I am honestly *very* glad you’ve grown so much professionally. The downside of it is that neither you nor any other moderator seems to find the time and monitor the comments’ page. Happened to see it before, that you (singular/plural) did not intervene in time to resolve a simple issue such as a [possibly] wrong License Key, and thus the offer expired in misery.
The above posters may or may not be right in what they claim; a trailing space could perhaps be the problem — I would not know, but is discouraging not to be expecting a reply from you. I wanted to suggest this offer to a non-expert family member living abroad, but I cannot do so as long as there’s no “SoS reply” posted here (pun intended). So sad…
