Hi i cant download this progam

and if i download the “http://downloads.sharewareonsale.com/files/SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_VSDC_Video_Editor_PRO.exe” directly
and try to start the installation (the exe-file) i recive a dialog: “the file is corrupted”.. :-(
can some one please help me?
(it is unusual to have any trouble with the givaways, here..)
