Howdy, you can actually decline to install from the hub.exe and save it to your computer. Click on the hub.exe, the program will download then ask you to install and give you a choice to save the actual installer to your download folder,( as you decline the install), or you pick what folder you wish to save it.
Though, it seems to need an internet connection to activate the license.
