Black Bird System Info Pro does everything it promises. It’s useful. However its installation process leaves a lot to be desired. Installation leaves a shortcut to the program on the desktop without asking and creates a Start Menu folder containing nothing but an uninstall link. Windows 10 doesn’t recognise this as a program, obviously, so the folder is not visible in Start Menu. If the desktop shortcut is dragged into the folder in Start Menu via File Explorer, then the folder becomes visible. This is basically very amateurish. The developers need to sort it out.
