1. I also received the same message:
“Uh-oh, lots of traffic caused by a problem when generating your key!” Please try again. Apologies for the inconvenience. ”
2. A few hours later I received a registration number.
3. Now ask clarifying questions:
A) Writes torrentsafe.com: “Working …”, and in the “My TorrentSafe Downloads” section: “You have no downloads”.
B) The following question is: can I somehow find out whether the download is in progress or not?
C) Can I close the tab where it says “Working …”?
