I have installed as described (strange and unlike most SWOS items, requires unzipping after running the downloaded file), but it rejects the name and/or key which has been copied and pasted from both the web page and email.
Annoying. What’s wrong. Except for the unzipping part being different I have not had problems installing SWOS programs on this computer in this same manner. I think it is you, not me.
Help!
