I’ve downloaded and installed 2x. The program will not open for me. When I execute the program’s open file, it flashes the Cyberlink banner on the screen…and promptly goes away. I can’t input the registration number nor can I utilize the software. If there is a fix, I’d appreciate someone letting me know. Thanks.
