[@Robert Blankenship] Yes, Robert. But so far not the people who can do anything about the problem evidently. Thanks to all the users who posted their problems as it saves countless others (such as myself) a lot of time. I was interested in this program, but if the owners can’t handle download and activation (and maybe check it, or at least reply here) then how well can they support their software?
Program does not install
Setup process disappears after clicking install, so installation never starts. Watched it disappear in task manager for windows 10.
I had downloaded the trial version from the dev website, after installation a pop-up with an activation button at the bottom-left of the panel. The key will not copy and paste, so you have to enter manually. The key I received has the letter “O” and are not zero’s.

Both files (SoS and Apowersoft’s trial version) are identicalWon’t install, just like everybody else. NKT.
The program installs but no actvate button instead a renew button. A three day trial is given. Total waste of time.
Have been an active member on VideoHelp, AVSforum, and other enthusiast sites — for in excess of a dozen years — so when there is a program like this that I’ve never heard of, **that is NOT a good sign.**
Program does not install
Programme will not install. Gets as far as program location then screen disappears. Check on program files shows no installation. Any advice please,

I figured it out:
I logged out, then hit the account button and had an activate button and pasted the code there and it worked; I have a 1-year license
(I wish I’d looked at that before installing it; I usually do and wouldn’t have bothered had I seen it.)

Will NOT INSTALL! WHY?
It works now, just download the trial version, and use the license code provided on this site. Neven Zec was just pulling your legs. You can activate it in trial mode.
Unfortunately this completely fails when starting the installation process- the dialogue vanishes. Tried compatibility mode. Win 10 1809 x64.
