First could not connect to Server to ACTIVATE, Now said is was Registered and you’re allowed only one copy! Something is Fishy Here!

Will not install on Windows 10 x64 1803 Using Panda Dome Complete I downloaded from this site. I even turned off all protection and stated that there was a problem with installation, close and re-install.
