I received my code and when I start the program it asks for a User Name (I entered my name) and I enter the key code and keeps coming up Registration Failed. I tried other names and it will not register.

Any thoughts?

Program said it wanted to upgrade
I allowed it
It unregistered my program – was a giveaway of the day
the reg code will not work anymore
can you or them help?
