I always had great success with Backupper but am concerned if I install this version 4.62 it will overlay my 4.03 version. Since version 4.62 expires in a year am I better off keeping v4.03 which never expires? What does v4.62 have that v4.03 does not?
SOS – Please could you list the correct OSs in your Technical Details sections. This software for example does not have XP listed, but on the vendor’s website it is stated as a valid OS. This is not the first time the OS list has been incorrect. Thanks.
Try installing the program as an administrator. Sometimes some of my programs don’t want to start and I then run the programs as an administrator. Then they work. Hopefully, this will solve your problem.
I found this to be a great program. It has rescued me from certain disaster several times. I don’t know why a subscription of only one year is offered but I would take advantage of it. After the subscription runs out, you can revert to the free Standard edition which I have found to be very good and which will more than meet your needs. Or maybe before the year is out someone will offer a lifetime license for the professional edition that you can take advantage of.

Many thanksI have downloaded AOMEI Backupper Professional, but when i tried to register using the license key you send me i get back a message that the license key is invalid.
Dan, aren’t you entitled to free upgrades? I would check into that before uninstalling what you have. Maybe you can upgrade to version 4.62 and still have your lifetime license. Or maybe they can offer you a discounted price on the new version complete with a lifetime license. If it comes down to choosing between keeping your lifetime license or the license offered here, I would stay with version 4.03.
